The United Way of Williams County is a community building and serving organization.  They work with an outcome focus, being innovative, collaborative and visionary, operating with integrity.  They identify and address community conditions and have committed volunteers and the support of community leaders.  They develop and leverage broad resources, educating the community in United Way value, bringing people together.

 The United Way of Williams County is currently seeking applicants for the position of Chief Executive Officer.  Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 3 years experience in the nonprofit sector a plus.  Also required are strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills. Candidates must be able to work effectively with community leaders, donors, and agencies.  Applicants must have strong leadership skills, initiative, and ability to work without supervision.  Supervising and motivating others is a must.  This position reports directly to the Board of Directors.
